"I recently received news that I needed to attend a funeral near Toronto, CA and had approximately 12 hours notice prior to my flight. Having been in Iraq most of the last three years, I did not own a suit appropriate for wear at a funeral so I stopped by the Main Exchange to see if they could help me. The sales representative from alterations, Eileen, not only helped me pick out a suit for the occasion, but also served as a sort of Camp Lejeune mother for me and made sure I had all the other clothing items I needed before I left. Eileen went well beyond normal sales procedures and rushed the alteration of my suit, ensuring it was ready prior to my flight's departure the same day. Her dedication and understanding helped to make a stressful situation slightly more manageable for me and my family and was greatly appreciated.
